For 19 years we have been bringing our Florida villas owners the news, information and guidance to help make owning their Florida villas an enjoyable experience. Many other publications have come - and gone, but no other publication concentrates exclusively on the needs of the homeowner rather than the vacationer. Since February 2005 Florida villas owners have been able to browse or download our back catalogue of previous issues.

Every year we ask our members for their opinion of their Property Management companies and their satisfaction with the way their Florida villas are managed. As part of the survey we also ask for vital information regarding the running of their Florida vacation villa. Information such as: how much they spend on advertising; how much their average utility bills are; what are their current rental rates and will they be increasing them next year? This can give the villa owner a valuable window to other owners experiences. This survey, most recently published in June 2008 and containing details of many management companies, is provided free as part of our package to members of Florida Homes and Travel, however if you would just like the survey you can purchase it for just £15

As part of our goal to inform and entertain we also provide travel articles with suggestions for day trips, breaks or activities that don't involve theme parks, restaurant recommendations and a monthly round up of news from around Florida separate to the vital Florida villas owner news that we bring you every issue.

Our newsletter is published 10 times a year. We have a combined summer holiday issue for July/August and a combined winter holiday issue for December/January. We mail each issue so that subscribers receive it as close as possible to the beginning of the month.

We have subscribers all over the world and will mail your issue to you anywhere. If you spend some months in Florida at your home, just let us know when you change addresses and we will send your newsletter to the appropriate address.

A year's subscription costs just £28 for email subscriptions within Europe, and £32 for paper copy subscriptions within Europe. For subscribers outside Europe the cost is $40 for email subscriptions and $60 for paper copies.
