Hurricane Season Starts Early
Hurricane Season commences on June 1st. - Tell that to sub-Tropical Storm Andrea, which has kicked off proceedings early, forming of the South East U.S. coast on 9th May. Badly organised, it is likely to do little harm other than bringing a couple of inches of rain to the south east. However, could this be the proof that experts are correct in their prediction of a
