Keys left outside Yvonne's

A box containing 80-90 keys has been taken into safe keeping after being left on the sidewalk outside the premises of Yvonne's Property Management.  The box was open topped and unattended, all the keys had address tags on.  We will be attempting to contact any owners we can trace, meantime if you think you are affected please contact me urgently and pass the word on to any other former owners you may know of.  The keys are secure, however the state of the properties is unknown.

Villa Owners Beware!

An alert has gone out for all owners to be wary of renting to a Russian Company seeking rentals.  The company normally approach management companies, but as most companies have now been alerted, they may turn their attentions to individual owners.

The men in charge are called Steve and Jacob, and they are charging Russians $300 per person for accomodation (it is not clear if that is a weekly rate) to come over on a work visa.  Steve and Jacob are negotiating a lower rate from the management companies and pocketing the profit.  The main problem is that the young men and women are reportedly destroying units and have started a fire in one.  They will also not vacate the premises and the police have had to be called to assist with this.

Yvonnes Owners Read This

Jacquelyn Bradway of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement would like to hear from any owners (past and recent present) who have suffered in any way due to Yvonne's Management Company.

She would like any information, facts and figures that you can provide.  Please email her on jacquelynbradway@fdle.state.fl.us.  She is receiving a lot of emails and may not respond immediately.  For the same reason, not all emails are getting through first time, so do keep trying.
